What is your cancellation policy?

 

Gorgeous Grazers ask for at least a 24-48 hour advance notice on orders.  However, if you have a last minute event or gift emergency (been there!), we will do our best to accommodate any last minute orders.  

 

Gorgeous Grazers reserves the right to cancel or postpone your order if we can’t swing it due to the short notice.  You would receive notification immediately and a full refund, if any money has passed already, would be refunded.

 

Standard cancellation for grazing boxes can be done up to 24 hours before the delivery or pick up date with no fee.  Any cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a fee of up to 25% of the order total.  

 

Orders for large events, multiple grazing boxes, or a custom order must be canceled 5 days in advance of delivery or pick up date with no fee.  Any cancellations made within 5 days are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the total order.

 

If at any time a cancellation is not provided to Gorgeous Grazers in advance and the order is created, and ready for pick up or delivery the full fee is due. 

 

Gorgeous Grazers reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy based upon the needs of any custom or large order.  If the terms of the cancellation policy is modified you will receive the information in writing with confirmation of the order.
